Tasks and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategy and objectives for the Asset Management data cluster.
  • Lead and mentor Data Owners within your data clusters.
  • Define data objects for your data cluster and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Provide functional expertise in defining data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities and provide guidance on prioritization and metrics.
  • Review data migration reports with Data Owners and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications and Profile

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in Master Data Management within technical and commercial contexts, with a passion for leading Data Cluster Asset Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Data models, data quality, and data protection management practices, especially in Sales & Service data objects.
  • Proficient in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented focus and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in English, comfortable engaging with senior-level management in an international and intercultural environment.
