The Einstein GPT Data Science Team is seeking acclaimed experts in NLP and generative AI to help develop intelligent, personalized, and reliable CRM Generative AI applications. You'll have high-visibility and customer impact working on engaging challenges in areas like LLM evaluations and metrics, retrieval augmented generation, feedback-based learning, and more.
Basic Qualifications:
1. PhD or equivalent Master's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML or a related field.
2. Strong experience with NLP, deep learning, and generative models.
3. Strong experience building and applying machine learning models for business applications.
4. Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
5. Proven ability to innovate at large scale and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A PhD in CS, Machine Learning, Statistics or a relevant field.
2. 5+ years of industry/applied research experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and/or information retrieval.
3. Expertise with applying LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning methods.
4. Strong background in ML approaches and techniques, ranging from Artificial Neural Networks to Bayesian methods.
5. Experience with conversational AI.
6. Published works in top-tier papers in related areas.
7. Fantastic problem solver with the ability to solve unprecedented problems.
8. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
9. Proven track record of strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and business teams.

Salaries for these roles range from $172,500 to $280,200 in Washington, $188,200 to $305,600 in California, and $188,200 to $305,600 in New York, depending on experience, skills, and location.
