Job Description: About the Role

As a Lead Data Scientist for Commercial Analytics at Checkout.com, you will be at the heart of our predictive capabilities, integral to devising growth strategies. Your work with the Strategic Finance and wider Revenue Operations and Commercial teams will directly align with our core mission. Your expertise will shape our growth forecasting engine and drive significant decisions that enhance transaction experiences.

This high-impact role requires crafting sophisticated models for revenue growth and providing actionable insights that influence our strategic agendas. Aiding in data governance and quality, your role is crucial to uphold and enhance our analytical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models for revenue growth in close collaboration with Strategic Finance.
• Supply data-driven insights to support commercial and financial strategy planning.
• Improve data quality and accessibility in partnership with the Commercial and Revenue Operations teams.
• Establish standards of analytical excellence and mentor the data community within Checkout.com.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will likely have significant prior experience as a Sr. Data Scientist in a commercial environment, with a strong foundation in statistical modeling, SQL, and Python. Experience in Enterprise Sales environments is advantageous but not required.
