You'll collaborate with an agile team delivering excellence and pioneering our EV future.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development for Yield Management

  • Product development, maintenance, and enhancement of data science capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product development and business stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Build rapid prototypes and test the business utility of these solutions.
  • Standardize capabilities across data science use cases and business engagements.

Toolset Assessment and Enhancement

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing data science toolsets and methodologies.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing tools and processes.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to tools or new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
  • Communicate complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Data Governance and Quality

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy in all advanced analytics models and processes.
  • Implement best practices for data management, including cleaning, preprocessing, and validation.
  • Maintain robust documentation for all data science projects and methodologies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science focused on product development and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and optimization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing industries, sales & marketing, yield management, or finance.
