As a Vice President, Lead Data Scientist for Wealth Management, you will join the core of JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s data-driven initiatives within our U.S. Wealth Management business. This role serves as a pivotal part of our strategy to integrate data insights across multiple platforms including JP Morgan Personal Advisors, Chase Wealth Management, and more, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive systemic growth.

Key Responsibilities

This role demands a proactive leader capable of orchestrating significant analytics initiatives:

• Developing and refining our leads management system to significantly enhance lead quality and conversion rates through advanced analytics.
• Collaborating with senior management to craft a data management roadmap, aligning with ongoing and future business needs.
• Utilizing machine learning and big data technologies to generate actionable insights and tailor client interactions to foster both new and ongoing relationships.
• Guiding cross-functional teams to optimize data flow and improve data systems, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical skill set combined with a strong business acumen:

• Expert proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Alteryx, and others.
• Experience in machine learning, big data techniques, and BI tools like Tableau to drive strategic decisions.
