Position Overview

You will begin with a bench assignment, providing consulting support for existing Exadel projects. This includes preparing client demos and actively engaging in presales activities to attract new opportunities for Exadel. Upon completion, you will transition to a dedicated project assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an AI development team
• Understand business objectives and develop models to achieve them
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to benefit clients and the company
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of developed models, including development, maintenance, and monitoring
• Introduce new research, improvements, and best practices
• Share knowledge and novel approaches with team members
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in applied data science

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
• Proven track record of starting new Machine Learning projects from scratch
• Expertise with Generative AI (RAG applications, Prompt Engineering)
• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and SQL
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience in setting up MLOps
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Creative storytelling with data insights
• Strong communication skills for client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or BS in computer science or a related field
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Familiarity with micro-service architecture, task queues (e.g., Celery), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure), Docker, and database systems
• Active Kaggle or GitHub account showcasing your project work

English Proficiency

Upper-Intermediate level of English is required.
