Job Description

We are looking for a talented Lead Data Engineer to enhance our data capabilities at Comcast. This role focuses on developing our next-generation Audience & Identity data platforms utilizing cutting-edge technologies in cloud environments to unlock valuable business insights.

Core Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and product requirements.
• Design and construct data pipelines using AWS services and various software solutions to handle extensive datasets effectively.
• Enrich our data collection strategies to build comprehensive datasets that provide deep audience insights.
• Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of our data infrastructure and tools.
• Participate in architectural discussions to share and enhance the broader technology strategy.
• Document development processes and provide guidance to fellow engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.
• Proven expertise in building and managing ETL pipelines and working with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and a command line savant.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with major database platforms.

Extra points for AWS certifications and experience with FreeWheel MRM.
