Role Summary: Lead Data Specialist

As a Lead Data Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Data Client Solutions team by delivering exceptional customer service and driving solution-based initiatives. This hands-on position involves direct client interaction, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration from onboarding to campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor direct reports to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead and participate in key initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Support clients and sales teams in executing complex promotion programs.
• Understand product applications, best practices, and align with client strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review forecasts, orders, and ongoing projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a client support role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Management or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in data marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Project management or coordination experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Salary Range: $82,000 - $92,000
