Key Responsibilities

Discover career satisfaction and impact by:

• Leading technical teams and workstreams in the design, development, testing, and installation of complex database applications with server, client, and web components.
• Overseeing application architects and developers to ensure flexible, reusable system components meet design requirements.
• Enhancing client satisfaction by producing highly complex design, coding, and testing documentation for technical products tailored to real needs.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in development, domain, application design, and database methodologies.
• Providing technical consulting to clients, refining existing applications, and designing new modules and components.
• Mentoring and guiding less experienced application designers.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
• Proficiency in ETL processing (e.g., IBM DataStage) or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting).
• Strong experience in SQL query development and expertise in SQL Server databases.
• Experience with .NET C# development.
• Configuration Management experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with MS Project Office Online configurations; experience with MoveIT or similar ETL tools is advantageous.

Work Expectations

This hybrid position requires:

• In-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our Roseville, CA location.
• Flexibility to accommodate business needs and travel as needed.
• Usage of video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $106,000 - $138,000 per year. Base pay may vary based on region, equity, experience, and other factors. At Gainwell, you’ll benefit from:
