Position Summary

We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and self-driven Lead Developer with a deep passion for user and developer experiences. If you’re a person who delights in the simplicity that lies beyond complexity in code and thrives in collaborative settings, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering cutting-edge solutions across various industries
• Designing APIs to support diverse applications like mobile and web apps
• Actively engaging in software quality improvement and peer review processes
• Contributing to business development through effective project budgeting and scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in app development using Node.js, KOA, and Kubernetes on AWS
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Deep understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.
• Proficient in software security, full web tech stack, and common design patterns

Desirable Skills:

• Superior communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and teams
• Experience in DevOps, particularly in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge in SQL, RDBMS design, no-SQL databases, and multi-tenant architectures
