Job Description: Lead Fullstack Engineer

Key Requirements

Engineering Outcomes

• Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications.
• Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps.
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead technical decisions and ensure the best practices are followed.
• Drive agile practices for development and quality delivery.
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and architectures in the development world.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines.
• Lead technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve project and organizational goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in technical team leadership, including leading small engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in developing solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, FastApi, TypeScript, React/Node JS, HTML.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and common web development tools (version control software, package managers, CI/CD pipelines).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and building cloud-native applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using microservices architectures and containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with healthcare companies is a plus.
• Experience with machine learning, data science, and modern AI (Large Language Models) is a plus.
