Position Overview

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and proactive professional to assume the role of Lead, Global Financial Data Operations at our Mumbai location. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: You will lead various internal and external projects, ensuring meticulous quality control and efficient resource management. Your expertise will help maintain seamless operations through strategic planning and detailed performance analysis.

Workflow Management: Overseeing effective workflow processes and exploring automation opportunities will be amongst your primary tasks, aiming for optimum operational tempo and precision.

Governance: You are expected to manage resource needs adeptly while ensuring adherence to our high standards and company policies.

Team Management: Leading a team of over 15 analysts, you will foster an environment that encourages productivity and growth. Setting clear goals and offering consistent feedback will be key in maintaining low attrition and high engagement levels.

Collaboration: Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are scaled correctly and client relationships are strengthened.

Training: Maintaining and enhancing training modules and ensuring all team members are well-prepared for project demands will fall under your remit.

Social Engagement: Fostering a cohesive team environment is essential, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring strong organizational engagement.

Ideation: You will lead initiatives to streamline operations and drive improvements that add significant value in terms of time and cost efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with over 5 years of operational experience in supervisory roles. Strong command over MS Office applications and deep knowledge of financial concepts are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications

Attainment of CFA or any relevant finance certification, along with familiarity with Process Improvement Techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), will be considered an advantage.
