Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

• By analyzing and interrogating data on our product and customer you will deliver actionable insights to drive revenue growth or profit optimization
• Work with product and trade leadership to drive a view of opportunity within stock and trade dynamics
• Work with senior leadership to develop and prioritize a roadmap of relevant, strategic insight
• You will work with the wider product and trade teams to ensure the recommendations we deliver to the business are aligned and informed with commercial background
• Work with product leadership to drive an understanding of how data and insight can shape and answer business questions, championing data throughout
• Work closely with the AI team to ensure knowledge and capability sharing, as relevant

Qualifications

Who We'd Like to Meet

• Experience working in an insight role focusing on retail insight, preferably within the e-commerce space
• Strong SQL skills, experience within advanced analytics
• Highly numerate and strong attention to detail
• Passion for problem solving
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and driving them forward
• Able to communicate information clearly and concisely
• Good project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities as needed
