Job Description

As a Lead - Master Data Management, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • In-depth knowledge of GFR & GSNFR supplier onboarding processes
  • Ensuring global data integrity and compliance with Tesco policies
  • End-to-end process ownership
  • Supervising and mentoring the team, including on-the-job training
  • Reporting and managing adherence to critical metrics/SLAs
  • Delivering accurate and timely periodic and ad-hoc reporting
  • Driving Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects and innovation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects
  • Maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Updating SOPs and managing exceptions
  • Handling complex operational problems and stressful situations
  • Adhering to Tesco's Business Code of Conduct with integrity and due diligence

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong planning, organizing, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in process mapping tools and techniques
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven process coaching experience
  • Skills in data visualization and storytelling
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
