Job Description

We're actively looking for a Data Strategy Lead for our Milan office to manage a team of eight people and head up the business & communication results assessment.

Main objectives: analyze the effectiveness of the client’s communication strategy to discover insights and measures and enhance the client’s media strategy.

The aim of this role is to support the analysis of business requirements, develop insights from diverse data assets, lead the creation of statistical models and help define strategic business decisions in various industries.

You will operate in a youthful, vibrant environment, with cross-functional skills strongly founded on teamwork, mutual collaboration, and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage complex analysis using varied tools and data analysis methods;
  • Identify and report actionable insights;
  • Shares complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner internally and with clients;
  • Works together with different business units at various managerial levels to develop a strategy and execution plan that delivers results;
  • Immerses in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, goals, external economic settings, willing to dive into the clients' business model;
  • Head multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business and Economics, Data Science, or equivalent (Statistics, Math);
  • Specialization in Business Analytics;
  • Profound knowledge of Marketing and Digital Media;
  • Problem-solving and Strategic thinking;

Understanding of the following will be perceived as a plus:

  • Visual analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI);
  • Marketing mix modelling;
  • Ability to work in a team and meet rigorous deadlines.
