Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for our Logistics Performance team in Sweden. Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for leadership? If so, keep reading to see how you can contribute to one of Sweden's fastest-growing tech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of four direct reports to ensure top-performing logistics operations.
- Analyze data to optimize and continually improve operational processes.
- Integrate and package data for relevant stakeholders.
- Work at a detailed operational level to rapidly identify areas for improvement.
- Lead projects aimed at streamlining and geographically expanding the business.
- Provide proactive analytical support to the Swedish management team, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
You will report directly to the Operations Director and be an integral part of the Operations management team.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic perspective.
- Analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a technical field, preferably civil engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and SQL.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance is a plus.
- Skills in R, Python, MatLab, Java, C#, ETL, or database infrastructure are advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Swedish fluency is advantageous.
