What You Will Do:

As the cornerstone of our research efforts, you will:

• Devise clear research objectives and choose fitting methodologies.
• Develop a comprehensive research roadmap aligned with strategic goals and product timelines.
• Establish and manage a high-performing research team to solidify Jagex's commitment to research excellence.
• Implement best practices in research, coordinating with senior stakeholders to expand our research capabilities and integrate these into our standard procedures.
• Transform business requirements into detailed research plans for both in-house projects and external partnerships, ensuring clarity in scope, timeframes, and budget.
• Engage with various teams within the Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering sectors to share insights and enhance understanding of our customer base.

Who We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Extensive user research experience in a product-oriented company or agency.
• Adeptness with a broad spectrum of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of advocating for user research.
• Experience leading a team and managing direct reports.
• Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics and Alchemer.
• Capability to manage relationships across all business levels and collaborate effectively with product leadership.
