Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will:

• Provide technical guidance and direction to support business objectives, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others.
• Influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations decisions.
• Serve as an expert in one or more technical areas of focus.
• Advocate firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle within the engineering community.
• Promote the application of leading-edge technologies among peers and project decision-makers.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of practical experience.
• Strong AWS knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform and Python/Java.
• Capability to research, architect, and drive complex technical solutions involving multiple technologies.
• Proficiency in Python programming and API patterns such as REST/gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies like Snowflake/Databricks.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD and application resiliency.
• Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within technical disciplines like cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
