As part of our innovative team, you'll contribute to our Value Platform, which facilitates value-based care contracts across the US. This shift from fee-for-service to fee-for-value aims to enhance care quality while reducing costs, benefiting both providers and patients. Here, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling and implementing these complex, value-driven healthcare programs effectively.

Exciting Opportunities for Our Lead Software Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Develop products that transform healthcare dynamics, fostering patient-centered collaborations.
• Engage deeply with a cross-functional team including analysts, engineers, and product managers.
• Ensure high availability and low latency in our high-stakes production environment, while safeguarding sensitive data.
• Influence Nuna’s strategic product direction through significant leadership roles.

What We Need From You

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years in software engineering.
• Proven ability to lead technical visions and drive major cross-team projects.
• A strong drive to master healthcare data intricacies.
• Expertise in building robust data platforms catered to performance, scalability, and security.
• Proficiency in database fundamentals, such as indexing and SQL queries.
• Solid experience in managing production services and streamlining deployment processes, preferably in AWS.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a deadline-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare data and a genuine passion for the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
