What the Role Involves:

As our Lead Software Engineer, your primary role will be to shape and drive the development of our GenAI services. Responsibilities include:

  • Building AI capabilities that leverage scalability and reusability.
  • Driving the development of GenAI services across multiple product lines and use cases.
  • Applying coding best practices to ensure modularity and maintainability of AI services.
  • Collaborating with various teams to integrate AI services into our larger product ecosystem.
  • Enhancing existing AI services to improve performance and adhere to industry standards.
  • Providing mentorship to engineers, enhancing our culture of technical excellence.
  • Staying updated on emerging AI technologies and programming methodologies for integration possibilities.

Needed Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of software development experience, including work on AI or machine learning projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development, especially Python.
  • Experience crafting scalable, reusable software components.
  • An understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices.
  • Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
