At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Statistical Programmer to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing expert statistical insights and programming solutions across a variety of clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with the following key tasks:

  • Providing statistical input to the design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of clinical studies.
  • Contributing to scholarly publications.
  • Planning and managing programming activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of data analysis outputs across multiple studies.
  • Developing, maintaining, and validating SAS programs and macros, both study-specific and standard.
  • Writing specifications for SAS programs and macros.
  • Ensuring programming and quality control across studies including submission activities, adhering to relevant SOPs and policies.
  • Reviewing and providing inputs into various study plans such as SAP (Statistical Analysis Plan), TFL (Tables, Figures, and Listings), CRF (Case Report Form), etc.
  • Overseeing outsourced activities to third-party vendors to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Developing specifications and SAS programs for the creation of SDTM and ADaM data sets, as well as supporting documentation as required by CDISC standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to CDISC standards at the study level.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
