Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Data Analyst proficient in Python and SQL to enhance our team. This role is perfect for someone with a robust analytical mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in converting data into actionable insights.

Key Technical Skills

• Develop SQL queries and perform data manipulation and analysis across various databases.
• Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib to support data analysis and visualization efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support business initiatives.
• Generate dashboards and reports, and present findings to stakeholders to aid strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.

Other Required Skills

• Proven background in Data Analysis, with advanced expertise in SQL and Python.
• Comprehensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of six years’ experience in Python for data analysis is mandatory. Experience in banking domain/projects will be considered a plus.
