Role Overview

Data Preparation, Solution Architecture, and System Integration

You will:

• Architect and integrate data solutions to meet project performance and execution standards.
• Develop cloud-based relational database management systems to unify data from diverse ERP systems and analytical tools.
• Enhance key performance indicators in collaboration with Global BI, Sales, and Operations teams to refine our dashboard outputs.

Project Analytics Engine Development

Responsibilities include:

• Creating models to identify and analyze systemic issues through key performance metrics.
• Developing service benchmarking tools and predictive models for improved project forecasting and decision-making.
• Supporting the Global BI team with insights for enhancing project performance tracking.

Stakeholder Management and Communications

Effective communication and collaboration with our project management community and tech functions to ensure alignment of platforms and data architectures.

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Collaborative design and operation of the Project Analytics Engine with senior leadership.
• Expansion of global project performance monitoring dashboards with the BI team.
• Liaising across departments to ensure unified data access and transformation strategies.

Who Should Apply?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong proficiency in developing both descriptive and predictive models with a hands-on approach to both structured and unstructured data.
• Advanced knowledge in system integration, cloud-based computing, and user interface design.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools, and a comfortable grasp of data-driven decision-making processes.

Experience across various industries, particularly in business performance management, will be advantageous.
