Job Summary:

At HP Inc., we're seeking a Machine Learning Operations Engineer to shape the future of AI-powered applications within our internal business frameworks. Focusing on advanced large language models, you will work alongside top-tier data scientists and engineers to push technological boundaries and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and scale machine learning models on leading cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Utilize MLOps best practices to boost efficiency and foster innovation across projects.
  • Create and enforce machine learning governance frameworks to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and compliance.
  • Architect robust ML infrastructure and workflows to support high-performing, scalable operations.
  • Handle deployment and management of machine learning models using Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to tackle complex technical issues and nurture continuous advancement.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards with an emphasis on security and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable expertise in MLOps, modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and data processing libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
  • Advanced skill set in Python, containerization technologies, and DevOps tools including Git, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of security practices specific to ML deployments.
  • Experience with ML orchestration platforms, such as MLflow or Kubeflow.

Education & Experience:

A Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, partnered with 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in software development or IT engineering spheres, is recommended.
