About the Role:

Join Hello Heart as a Machine Learning Data Analyst within our Clinical Data Science team. This temporary position is designed to fill a maternity leave for a duration of 9 months. In this role, you will perform in-depth analysis spanning the lifecycle of our data science products, from research to operational deployment. Your analytical work will directly advance healthcare practices and enrich individual well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of our models in production, generating insights and identifying opportunities for model optimization and new data-driven solutions.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and visualization tools to discover meaningful patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Execute AB testing and analyze model impacts on user behavior, considering causal and preventive interactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and healthcare professionals to translate research into effective digital health solutions.

Your Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a hands-on analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of interpreting complex data to derive meaningful insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare data analysis, particularly with EMR or clinical data.
• Experience conducting AB tests for ML models in production, focusing on the causal effects of treatment interventions.
