What You'll Do

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming educational theories into AI-powered applications. This includes working on projects such as:

• Implementing semantic search systems
• Fine-tuning large language models to generate educational content
• Classifying textual data effectively
• Setting up Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
• Creating time-stamped video transcriptions

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with a robust technical background and a passion for AI and education:

• Extensive experience with Python and web frameworks like Flask, Django, or Pyramid
• Strong skills in SQL and database management
• Familiar with machine learning and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, Transformers, and scikit-learn
• An understanding of modern deep learning architectures for processing text, image, and audio
• Ability to independently dive into research and apply findings
• Team player with the ability to also work independently to drive excellent results
• Fluency in German is a must
