About the Role

You will be part of the central Pricing & Data Office, a team known for its collaboration with business units and commitment to sustainable and effective solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Within the Data Office, you’ll work on building impactful AI solutions to digitize crucial processes in our Schade & Inkomen business unit, such as Claims processing.
• Scale existing AI applications and develop new ones, providing a clear vision of required Cloud architecture and managing it effectively.
• With a solution-oriented and proactive mindset, support the team in making AI solutions production-ready, ensuring they deliver tangible value to the company.
• Engage in monthly innovation days to explore and apply new technologies that can drive transformation at NN.

Who You Are

You are a result-oriented professional who enjoys delivering projects that drive business forward. You understand the value of AI solution adoption and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, you possess:

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Experience in developing ML applications, APIs, and managing Azure, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) with Git.
• Extensive programming experience in Python.
• Skills in setting up performance monitoring for AI models and improving performance in business contexts.
• Bonus points for experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Docker, and Kubernetes.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of data scientists, software and machine learning professionals, and a program manager who oversees activities. Your teamwork and dedication will play a crucial role in optimizing and innovating customer service, processes, and quality.

You will also be part of the “Engineering” guild, where you will meet approximately 400 engineers to exchange knowledge and experiences, accelerating your career and maximizing the value of our AI solutions.
