Job Description

With the aim of implementing Machine Learning models for our clients, Sia Partners is recruiting a meticulous and data passionate Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) to help our clients with their machine learning issues.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be required to:

• Implement Machine Learning models in production.

• Master Cloud infrastructures for data science.

• Coordinate the project’s progress between Data Scientists, Platform and Backend Engineers, and the business contributor.

In parallel, as part of the firm's internal activities, your role will revolve around the following aspects:

• The development or reinforcement of our offers through training, working groups, dissemination of internal and external support...

• Publication policy (sectorial blogs, studies, press releases...).

• Business development by contributing to the definition of needs and participating in business activities.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sia Partners, you:

• Have training in an Engineering School or high-level training in the field of information processing.

• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Machine Learning.

• Have excellent knowledge of Python and its ML tools such as , Pandas, TensorFlow, ...

• Have experience in maintaining operational systems equipped with Machine Learning models.

• Are proficient in running training and inference workloads in a cloud environment.

• It's a plus if you are familiar with AWS’s Machine Learning ecosystem.

• Wants to get involved and quickly take on responsibilities on high value-added missions in a dynamic structure.

• Are proficient in English.
