Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Koddi, you will:

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to convert complex requirements into implementable machine learning solutions that address key business challenges.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms across various domains such as recommendation systems, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Utilize data preprocessing, collection, and analysis to generate impactful insights and optimize model development.
• Advance model performance through rigorous evaluation, benchmarking, and iterative refinement.
• Deploy robust machine learning models to production, ensuring scalability and reliability with the support of our software engineering teams.
• Monitor and update machine learning models in production to maintain peak performance and accuracy.
• Explore emerging trends and technologies in machine learning, incorporating cutting-edge methods that enhance our capabilities and output.
• Effectively document and communicate your methodologies and findings to enrich team knowledge and support strategic business decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in machine learning engineering, evidenced by a strong portfolio of deploying scalable machine learning models in real-world environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, GoLang, Perl, and tools like TensorFlow, Airflow, Databricks, AWS, and Docker.
• Experience with data handling techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• A strong foundation in software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capability to handle complex datasets.
• Outstanding communication skills with the proficiency to collaborate across teams and convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and a knack for thriving in interdisciplinary teams.
