We are recruiting for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is proficient in AI and ML. The successful applicant will design, implement, and maintain sophisticated models to enhance our products and services. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy scalable solutions.

Essential Functions - a/k/a Your Mission

  • Design, develop, and implement models and systems capitalizing on machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to discern and understand business needs and to develop fitting solutions.
  • Keep current with contemporary research in NLP, machine learning, and related fields, and incorporate those insights into our products and services.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to back workflows.
  • Work with other teams within the organization to ensure our solutions are smoothly integrated into our products and services.
  • Offer technical leadership and mentorship to fellow team members.

Who You Are…

  • Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related specialization.
  • Possession of at least 5 years of practice in building and deploying NLP solutions using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Competence in programming using Python and familiarity with machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, , or Keras.
  • Understanding NLP techniques such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
  • Experience with data processing and review tools such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with data storage technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to operate both independently and part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
