As a Machine Learning Engineer at Manulife, you will have a pivotal role in leveraging advanced analytics and technology like Databricks and Azure to enhance our sales strategies. This position focuses on analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance to drive enhancements in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to uncover insights and patterns.
• Lead machine learning and AI-driven projects for strategic innovation.
• Deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Azure ML and Databricks.
• Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to integrate solutions into business workflows.
• Utilize visualization tools like PowerBI to represent data insights effectively.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Reporting and Analytics, your work will enhance our data management capabilities and significantly impact our strategic decision-making processes through advanced data analytics and visualization.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking candidates with a robust academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and substantial experience in machine learning and data analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and expertise in machine learning tools and frameworks are crucial.
