Your Role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Coactive, you'll be pivotal in productionizing advanced data-centric AI and multimodal intelligent search techniques. Join our elite team of engineers, researchers, and scientists in building scalable algorithms and infrastructure designed for expansive machine learning models. This role is crucial in navigating the intriguing complexities at the confluence of cloud infrastructure and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale AI-driven algorithms and machine learning models for efficient search and analysis of vast unstructured datasets.
• Construct robust infrastructure to support the training and deployment of large-scale machine learning models on image and video data.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability of cloud services.
• Enhance team capabilities through advocacy of engineering best practices and proactive participation in shaping our company culture.

Who You Are:

• Holder of a BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Seasoned in writing production-quality code in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experienced in building applications on cloud-native platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with additional experience in enterprise applications viewed favorably.
• Skilled in managing pipelines for large-scale machine learning training and serving.
• Knowledgeable about big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

What We Offer:
This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, California, includes a competitive salary range of $186,000 to $220,000.
