Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer at KnowBe4, you'll take ownership of developing, refining, and implementing machine learning models tailored to address unique business challenges. You'll leverage cutting-edge AWS technologies and collaborate on API integrations to drive efficiency and innovation within our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy machine learning models, focusing on improving reliability and performance.
  • Establish scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS Bedrock for efficient training and deployment.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to assimilate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring optimal architecture and performance.
  • Conduct rigorous experiments and analyses to assess and enhance model efficacy.
  • Stay at the forefront of machine learning and AWS tech advancements to keep our systems cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing deployment of machine learning models, particularly in AWS environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning principles and hands-on experience in model crafting, training, and evaluation.
  • Strong skills in CI/CD and Git Ops workflows essential for efficient operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000, based on experience and skillset. KnowBe4's commitment to rewarding our employees includes competitive base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
