Position Overview

As a Machine Learning Scientist/Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of automating Scan to BIM workflows. You will develop advanced machine learning algorithms and pipelines to address real-world challenges, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D efforts in machine learning techniques focused on object detection, semantic segmentation, and 3D scene understanding.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models to process LiDAR point cloud data.
• Build and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with software engineers and BIM specialists to integrate solutions into existing workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning with a focus on 3D data processing.
• Strong skills in Python, machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with cloud services.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $120,000, varying by location with higher ranges applicable in metro areas. Equity compensation and discretionary bonuses are also offered. Additional benefits include healthcare, unlimited PTO, and opportunities for professional development.
