Who You Are
We are excited to welcome a seasoned Machine Learning Staff Engineer to our expanding team. Your role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced AI platforms focused on exchange optimization across varied technologies in our Bangalore, India office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cutting-edge, real-time machine learning systems within our programmatic stack using Go, Java, and Python.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and test experimental interfaces and online approaches.
• Implement scalable operations heavily focused on automation, spanning both supervised and unsupervised learning frameworks.
• Manage ETL processes, helping to handle, process, and evaluate complex datasets independently or with team collaboration.
• Develop tailored datasets for specific research needs and support the transition of data science prototypes to production environments.
• Maintain and enhance existing ML frameworks and libraries by contributing your expertise.
• Translate complex business problems into optimization problems, evaluating their technical and operational feasibility.

What You Will Bring

• Over 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer or Research Engineer within the advertising industry. Experience as a Staff Engineer is preferred.
• A strong educational background with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Go, Java, and Python and familiarity with ML Ops tools and common ML libraries.
• Experience in developing or supporting high-performance distributed systems, particularly online systems.
• An enthusiastic problem-solver with a keenness for learning and teamwork.
