Job Description

As a Machine Vision Engineer, you will collaborate with applications engineers and system architects to develop analytics, measurement, and inspection systems based on machine vision. Your responsibilities include selecting the appropriate hardware (camera, lighting, processor, etc.), utilizing software tools, and developing custom vision applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Selection of machine vision hardware & software tools
• Development of machine vision applications
• Creating user-friendly GUIs
• Performing image processing
• Generating analytical reports
• Documenting algorithms & processing techniques
• Conducting lab & field tests and validating the system
• Travel and stay at remote locations as required for field validation of applications

Technical Skills Required

• Expertise in AI/ML-based machine vision
• Proficiency in OpenCV
• Signal processing for image processing
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge in Instrumentation and Test & Measurement
