Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead in identifying technical training needs and developing training proposals.
  • Evaluate and establish training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
  • Utilize advanced software to develop and adjust complex training materials.
  • Prepare and deliver instructional sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • 5+ years' experience in aviation maintenance.
  • 2+ years' in data analysis within a highly technical, regulated field.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation or education.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InCopy or InDesign.
  • Experience in developing online training modules.

Additional Job Details:

Shift: First shift

Travel: Occasional (10%) travel may be required.

Drug-Free Workplace: Applicable post-offer testing.

Salary Range: $102,850 – $139,150, based on qualifications.

This is a hybrid role with telecommuting flexibility, requiring on-site presence in Seattle, WA three days a week.
