Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate Data Engineer part of Managed Services, you’ll work as a problem solver using Data, Analytics & Insights skills to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing self-awareness and personal strengths through feedback and reflection.
• Mentoring junior team members and conducting knowledge sharing sessions.
• Working flexibly on stretch assignments.
• Demonstrating critical thinking and bringing order to unstructured problems.
• Reviewing project deliverables and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Managing incidents, changes, and problems effectively.
• Communicating straightforwardly to influence and build quality relationships.
• Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
• Leading client engagements and demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Contributing to cross-competency work and COE activities.

Position Requirements

Required Skills

• Primary: ETL/ELT, SQL, SSIS, SSMS, Informatica, Python
• Secondary: Azure/AWS/GCP (preferably one), Power BI, Advanced Excel, Excel Macro

Data Ingestion Associate:

• Extensive experience in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data pipelines.
• Building efficient ETL/ELT processes using tools like Informatica, SSIS, SSMS, AWS, Azure, ADF, GCP, Snowflake, Spark, SQL, Python.
• Hands-on experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, Hadoop, Spark.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines, resolving data-related issues.
• Implementing and maintaining data security measures.
• Creating impactful dashboards in Tableau, conducting data analysis.
• Strong understanding of advanced Excel functions and SQL queries.

Nice to have:

• Certification in any cloud platform.
• Experience in Data ingestion technology using industry tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.
