Job Profile Name: Data and Analytics Managed Services – Manager - Digital Platform Services

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years, with at least 6 years in leadership roles within Data and Analytics programs

Certifications Preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master

Required Knowledge/Skills:

The Data & Analytics manager's primary responsibilities include:

• Leading project activities for building and maintaining modern data ecosystems.
• Managing large-sized Data and Analytics initiatives and delivering Managed Data and Analytics projects.
• Providing leadership and technical guidance to a team of data engineers, architects, data scientists, and BI experts.
• Staying abreast of emerging trends in cloud computing, data management, and analytics.
• Collaborating with sales and business development teams to develop technical solutions for client needs.
• Driving the design and delivery of comprehensive data processing activities including Data Governance and Master Data Management.
• Leading transformation initiatives, particularly in migrating data warehouses to advanced cloud platforms.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience in leading multiple Data and Analytics projects within a managed services environment.
• Design and development of data pipelines for scalable data management.
• Anticipation of future technological and resource needs, leading to strategic resource allocation and technology planning.
• Driving Data onboarding initiatives to leverage business growth through analytics.
