Position: Specialist

Department: Data Analytics & Insights Managed Service

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize data analytics solutions.
• Use data insights to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise data/analytics solutions.
• Manage, maintain, and evolve client analytics platforms to maximize value.
• Review ticket quality and deliverables, providing status reports for the project.
• Adhere to SLAs and demonstrate experience in incident, change, and problem management.
• Support continuous improvement of client analytics solutions (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Flexible to work in stretch opportunities and assignments.
• Embrace opportunities that provide exposure to diverse situations and environments.

Required Skills

Primary Skills:

• Tableau, Visualization, Excel

Secondary Skills:

• Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Excel Macro

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in building advanced data analytics solutions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in delivering managed data and analytics programs.
• Proficient in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines.
• Experience in data analytics using tools like Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Knowledge of data consumption patterns and BI tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Tableau and other BI tools.
• Certification in any cloud platform.
