Focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Management and Governance, including AI Auditing techniques, AI Risk and Controls, Pre-Implementation reviews, Data Privacy reviews, AI application security, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for AI Applications.

Role and Responsibilities

This client-facing role in our growing practice offers the perfect opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives from globally recognized brands. You'll gain a deeper understanding of complex business transactions and recommend solutions to pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. Collaborate with global professionals on multidisciplinary engagements, helping major clients transform and sustain business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise delivery, provide technical and project leadership, and build client relationships.
• Deliver quality client services and drive high-performing teams.
• Understand client challenges and offer solutions in Technology-induced Risk.
• Participate in go-to-market activities, proposal creation, and RFP responses.
• Travel for client meetings, workshops, and training.
• Lead global account relationships, manage engagement deliveries, and drive account growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team-oriented environment.
• Use industry knowledge to identify engagement and client service issues.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Leverage your proven track record of technology and business process internal audit experience and strong interpersonal skills to effectively deliver quality results in AI Risk solutions assessment, design, and implementation support.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 7-8 years of internal audit work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance in areas like IT Pre-implementation and Post Implementation reviews, Model Risk Management, AI Compliance, Risk Assessment, Control Monitoring, and Defect / Gap Identification.
• Functional understanding of foundation models (LLMs) and associated risks.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI Ethics, and AI Assurance.
• Ability to identify process-level risks from AI and develop mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST) and Data Governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Privacy frameworks and Privacy Threat Modeling.
• Strong client-facing experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP are a plus.
