Manager / Associate Director - AI Solutions

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Subject Matter Expert (AI SME) to propel our AI initiatives at KPMG India. The AI SME will be instrumental in leading, developing, implementing, and integrating AI solutions across our diverse service lines. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and provide expert guidance for innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy Development

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize AI projects to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

2. AI Solution Development

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.

3. AI Integration

- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements.

4. AI Governance

- Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement AI risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

5. AI Research and Development

- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and innovations.
- Conduct research and development to identify new AI applications and improve existing ones.

Qualifications

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in AI development, implementation, and management with a proven track record of leading AI projects and teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex business challenges and develop innovative AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a history of successfully leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance related to AI technologies and data privacy.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- AI-related certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer, preferred.
