Position Summary

As the Manager, Training and Support, you’ll be pivotal in crafting effective training programs to boost the skills and competencies of our employees. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and assessing training solutions and programs across departments such as Merchandising, Pricing, Digital, and Supply Chain. This role requires a strategic partnership with IT stakeholders and involvement in leading our Business Analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch innovative training and support programs that align with organization goals.
  • Predict and adapt to changes within the Business Analytics sector.
  • Enhance company value by integrating health care trend analysis and research.
  • Build relationships with industry and manufacturing partners to gain insights and develop market-leading products.
  • Evaluate our portfolio to identify and prioritize innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure robust data product management and process development for initiative governance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Master Data Management
  • Proven expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to discern training requirements and craft impactful solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, STIBO, Access, SQL Assistant, Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of retail merchandising basics and structures.
  • Strong technical skills with a robust understanding of business operations platforms.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related training field, or equivalent experience or certification is required.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is $63,300.00 - $139,200.00 annually. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional incentives including bonuses and short-term incentive programs.
