Responsibilities

Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI systems and applications using Allianz's technical frameworks, from conceptualization to production. Explore and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques and algorithms, focusing initially on (re)insurance underwriting assistance systems and data quality assurance measures. Conduct feasibility assessments of business ideas. Act as a knowledge multiplier, scaling AI solutions across various business areas.

Skills

Proven track record in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions, ideally with Allianz GPT. Comprehensive understanding of (re)insurance and related business processes. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data preparation and manipulation. Demonstrable experience with Generative AI, particularly with Large Language Models (LLM) and Langchain. Excellent problem-solving, logical, and analytical skills. Good collaboration and communication skills. Extensive experience in data science and AI. Expertise in traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning, especially in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Experience in developing AI-based microservices. Advanced ability to perform exploratory data analysis and visualize data. Strong working knowledge of Statistics and common data science toolkits. Excellent written and oral communication and technical writing skills. Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery using traditional SDLC or agile methodologies. Working experience in containerized, cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
