Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute functional strategy to drive customer engagement on data acquisition across all associated member institutions.
  • Perform data analysis using visualization techniques to extract insights and identify data patterns.
  • Draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis for effective member engagement.
  • Manage ad hoc data analysis requirements to design case studies and derive insights for business objectives.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop data-related strategies with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Products) to identify priorities, metrics, and track data acquisition initiatives.
  • Coordinate with multifunctional teams to understand diverse data sources and collate respective data sets.
  • Understand business initiatives to drive and channelize discussions with diverse teams in distributed work environments.
  • Take ownership of data directives to achieve assigned tasks from planning and analysis to providing business insights for rational decision-making.
  • Identify, explore, and detail opportunities to solve critical data submission issues for our clients.

Impact You'll Make

Experience and Skills

  • 6-8+ years of experience in the Banking/BFSI industry with a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer application, MCA, MBA-Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of fraud monitoring, credit bureau operations, or the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgment in various scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, with strong multitasking, coordination, and persistence in achieving results.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels and within the immediate/extended international team, known as a trusted advisor.
