Job Description:

As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our data capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing key areas such as customer profiling, segmentation & profitability analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Designing and implementing a Data Insight playbook to streamline processes and improve delivery timelines.
• Acting as the central point of contact for the Data Analytics team, fostering excellent team relations and showing the potential of advanced data solutions.
• Creating and managing insightful dashboards and reports to guide strategic decision-making and trend prediction for clients.
• Designing the blueprint architecture for tools and technologies in client projects and internal value creation.
• Leading innovative efforts in the data analytics field within the team and showcasing new approaches and technologies.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Data Analytics, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• A University degree (2.1 or higher or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expertise in data warehouse design, reporting processes, and data analysis techniques such as clustering.
• Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau), Microsoft SQL, and programming languages (Python, R).
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and data management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AI/ML, open source platforms, price modelling, and behavioral data analysis (Google or Adobe Analytics).
• Experience leading small data teams and mentoring junior members.
