Responsibilities

As a central analytics organization member, you will:

  • Measure GDM financial performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Support the annual planning process and manage the rolling forecast process.
  • Build and maintain forecast models to track daily performance.
  • Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to monitor business trends.
  • Ensure business performance tracking aligns with Gartner's reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the lead analyst for explaining business performance to stakeholders.
  • Identify and highlight key trends and opportunities to achieve financial targets.
  • Work with the Analytics Operations team to enhance performance tracking reports.

  • Produce data files to support downstream reporting for GDM and Gartner stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to understand business performance deeply.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or related positions.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Expert-level proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
  • Experience with SQL or similar database scripting languages.
  • Experience with cloud-based or traditional relational database management systems.
