Manager, Data Analytics In this role, you will lead the data analytics for an innovative financial service account by defining and implementing consistent BI processes, tools, technology, and frameworks. Collaborating with both internal service lines and external client teams, you will work to translate business strategies into efficient data processes and deliver scalable and reliable BI solutions. You can also look forward to handling significant BI project management work. Responsibilities will include working closely with multiple business subject matter experts, creating roadmaps and action plans, reviewing critical ETL process, maintaining a playbook to document critical processes, designing necessary Data Quality controls, leading a team of BI analysts and data engineers, and constantly seeking to optimize team performance and efficiency. This job requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, proficiency in data analytics, technical skills, a commitment to continuous process improvement, strong client management, leadership, and a motivation for upskilling. Experience required includes a bachelor’s or master’s degree or evidence of expert skill in BI, data science or a related analytical field, essential management experience, hands-on BI or data analytics experience, advanced SQL experience, and more.
