Role Summary:

We are seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to enhance our innovative team dedicated to transforming the renting experience. In this critical role, you will leverage your analytics expertise to drive business growth by developing strategic insights and optimizing key performance metrics. Collaborate directly with senior leadership to influence Bilt’s strategic direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the expansion of Bilt’s data capabilities to align with business objectives.
• Analyze and define metrics that capture the effectiveness of Bilt’s product offerings.
• Develop models that transform data into actionable insights, facilitating rapid decision-making and analytics automation.
• Manage comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards for stakeholder engagement across various business units.
• Identify critical growth and engagement opportunities by analyzing customer behavior throughout their lifecycle.
• Present key findings and KPIs to stakeholders, including executive teams.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to influence product and strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or BI analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Python skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in data modeling with tools like dbt, and in creating visualizations for diverse audiences via BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering projects independently or in a team setting.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at managing multiple priorities.
