Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Manager of Data & Analytics with a knack for guiding teams and inspiring groundbreaking growth pathways. This role involves spearheading strategic thinking and enhancing economic insights across various client projects. Improve your creative collaboration across media, marketing, and technology spectra, and drive enhanced strategic frameworks for our clientele. This is a hybrid role based in our vibrant office three days a week, with remote flexibility to balance your time effectively.

Your Impact:

  • Lead integrated marketing analytic solutions to elevate client decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with multiple external vendors for seamless content management and data analysis operations.
  • Uphold functional expertise in areas such as database marketing, integrated channel marketing, and analytic tools.
  • Guide Analysts and Senior Analysts ensuring excellence in delivering client projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Prepare and present insightful presentations to clients and conduct rigorous primary and secondary market research.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should have a Four-year degree (business-related, e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Marketing), with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years in business environments such as management consulting, advertising, or tech consulting is essential. Experience in digital analytics, team and project management, and deep marketing analytic knowledge are imperative. Proficiency in tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Office will set you apart.
